ETD Digital Global Sdn Bhd (“ETD Digital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a software development company registered in Malaysia. Our registered office is in Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia.

Services

ETD Digital provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile apps, AI solutions, internal business systems, and related technology consulting.

All service engagements are governed by a separate written proposal and service agreement signed between ETD Digital and the client before work begins. These Terms apply to general use of our website and initial enquiries only.

Project Proposals and Fixed Pricing

When we provide a proposal for a project, the quoted price is fixed for the scope described in the proposal. Changes to scope after proposal acceptance may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before additional work begins.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for a completed project:

The client receives full ownership of the delivered source code and assets
ETD Digital retains the right to reference the project in our portfolio (anonymised or named, subject to client agreement)
Any third-party libraries or open-source components used remain under their respective licences

Confidentiality

We treat all client project details, business information, and data as confidential. We do not share client project information with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Enquiries and Contact

Submitting an enquiry via our contact form or contacting us by WhatsApp or email does not create a binding agreement or obligation on either party. Engagements are formalised only through a signed proposal and/or service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, ETD Digital’s total liability to any party for any claim arising from use of our website shall not exceed RM 100. This limitation does not apply to claims under a signed service agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
